Alleged rape victim flown back to Nauru without abortion in Australia

Description:
A refugee who was brought to Australia last week to receive an abortion after she was allegedly raped on Nauru, is now on her way back to the island nation, without receiving any medical treatment. Late yesterday lawyers for the woman, known as Abyan, sought an urgent injunction in the Federal Court to prevent her removal. But it came too late. Her lawyers say 'Abyan' had already been sent to Honiaria in the Solomon Islands and is en route to Nauru.
