Tonga hit by 6.3 earthquake

Description:
The Tongan Government has asked Australia for a landing craft to help 1,000 residents stranded on an island hit by the tsunami in the country's far north. As yet only a small patrol boat has reached the island and only a small plane can land on the damaged airstrip on the island of Niuatoputapu.
