Trade Minister's bid to lift trade with PNG

- The Trade Minister Richard Marles will spend the next few days in Papua New Guinea examining how to lift Australia's trade relationship with the nation, which presently stands at around $7 billion. It's likely that resources will be a central part of the relationship with Australia's involvement in the multi-billion dollar LNG project in PNG's Southern Highlands. The Minister also comments on his decision to back diplomat Lisa Clutterham for the Melbourne seat of Lalor, despite her lack of connection to the city.
