Dr. Lalen Simeon is a Papua New Guinean who studied at the University of Wollongong on two occasions; in 1998-1999, and in 2002-2004. She studied on an Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) Scholarship and completed subjects to prepare for her PhD in her first period of study, then completed her PhD in "IT in Education" in her second period of study.
