A U.S. Navy Sailor prepares to perform line handlers duty for the Chinese Peoples Liberation Army Navy Luhu (Type 052) Class Guided Missile Destroyer QINGDAO (DDG 113) as the ship departs Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on Sept. 10, 2006 after a Goodwill Visit.
