THE STATE ADMINISTRATION WOULD LIKE OAHU RESIDENTS TO CONSIDER MOVING TO THE NEIGHBORING ISLANDS, BUT MEANWHILE THE LAND USE COMMISSION REZONED THIS LAND, ADJOINING AN OLDER DEVELOPMENT, AS APPROPRIATE FOR URBAN DESIGNATION
