Earthquake ^ Tsunami - Pago Pago, American Samoa, October 5, 2009 -- Captain Michael Bryce, U. S. Public Health Service and Toby Clairmont, Team Commander, Hawaii Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT), breath a sigh of relief as a Coast Guard plane carrying an infant is evacuated to Hawaii. The Hawaii DMAT assisted with the emergency evacuation of the infant. DMATs are part of the U. S.
