US Navy (USN) Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) Brett Stevens, looks over a Russian Federation Navy (RFN) KA-27 Helix helicopter, during his visit and tour aboard the RFN Udaloy Class Guided Missile Destroyer, MARSHAL SHAPOSHNIKOV, at Naval Base, Santa Rita, Guam (GU). The SHAPOSHNIKOV is one of four RFN ships participating with US Navy Ships in Passing Exercise 2006 (PASSEX 06) off the coast of Guam. PASSEX 06 is an exercise designed to increase interoperability between the two navies while enhancing the strong cooperative relationship between Russia and the United States
