US Navy (USN) Sailors stationed onboard the Tarawa Class Amphibious Assault Ship, USS SAIPAN (LHA 2), observe as Replenishment At Sea (RAS) operations are conducted with the German Navy, Bremen Class (Type 122) Frigate, FGS NIEDERSACHSEN (F 208), while the ships are underway in the Atlantic Ocean participating in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Standing Naval Force Atlantic (SNFL) 2004.
