A pallet of supplies is passed on a wire highline rig between the fleet oiler USNS NEOSHO (T-AO 143) and the amphibious assault ship USS SAIPAN (LHA 2) as an underway replenishment is conducted off the coast of Liberia during Operation Sharp Edge. Marines embarked aboard the SAIPAN have been sent to the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia, Liberia, to augment security and evacuate U.S. and foreign nationals from the fighting between government and rebel forces
